How you play

  1. Pick a neighbourhood and your first site.
  2. Set your menu and your prices.
  3. Hire a team and choose your suppliers.
  4. Run the day, read the report, and decide what to change.
  5. Handle what comes up, from a competitor opening nearby to a broken espresso machine.
